The challenge
Riverside was a well-run plumbing company doing $3.8M with strong reviews but they weren't showing up on Google Maps for the searches that mattered. Emergency calls were flat and a private-equity-backed competitor was outspending them on paid.
What we did
Google Business Profile deep clean
Fixed miscategorized primary categories, rebuilt service and area lists, and started a weekly posting + photo upload cadence tied to real jobs.
Review velocity system
Integrated with their Housecall Pro dispatch to trigger review requests 20 minutes after job completion. Weekly review count went from ~4 to ~26.
City-specific service pages
Built 40 unique service × city pages targeting the metros where they had real service coverage, no fake addresses, no doorway garbage.
LSA + brand defense
Ran LSAs on emergency plumbing keywords and defensive brand campaigns against the PE-backed competitor buying their brand name.
The results
"Our techs used to sit in trucks waiting for dispatch. Now dispatch is calling techs asking where they are."
